Mace has been a licensed Realtor®. since 1971 and a Managing Broker since 1975. He has always been active in our community through re-development projects. He served two 4 year terms, appointed by Colorado's Governor, to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Mace also is in his 29th year serving as a director on the board of the Pike's Peak Regional Development company, Which is a certified development company operating through-out the state of Colorado. David comes from a long heritage of real estate professionals. He is a third generation Colorado Realtor®. who is proud of where he lives and comes from. His passion for helping people find their homes started when he was in high school, working for his parents in their real estate office.
David successfully completed the e-PRO® Technology Certification Program course to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.
Also, David has a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, he is a registered representative and investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
