Each adult resident must submit their own application and pay the application fee of $37.
Please attach your 2 most recent paycheck stubs or bank statements and a picture of your photo ID to your application.
We use a third-party pet policy and animal screening service. All applicants, no matter if you have pets, service animals, emotional support animals, or no animals, ALL APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE A PET POLICY PROFILE OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Service animal and emotional support animal owners: $0
Pet owners: $20 for the first pet, and $15 for each additional pet
If your application is accepted, you will receive an email that will instruct you to review and sign your lease. Please do not sign the lease until you have fully read and understood the terms within.
A separate email will be sent for you to activate your tenant portal, which is where you will pay your deposit.
Once the deposit is received and the lease is signed, the property is reserved for you and will be taken off the market.
The security deposit is not refundable until the terms of the lease have been fulfilled.
The deposit can be paid via electronic check (free option) or via credit card which will have an additional fee. Cash, checks, money orders, or any form of physical payments is not accepted.
Rent is always due by the first of every month, in full, via one payment online, regardless of if the first of the month is a holiday or weekend. Other ways of paying rent must be discussed and approved by Rustic Realty.
