Brandon Akers

Brandon was born and raised in Colorado Springs and has witnessed firsthand the amazing transformation the city has undergone over the last several years. He loves the laid back and outdoor lifestyle of the Springs and is happy to see more and more people call Colorado Springs home.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Brandon is a Certified Financial Planner® and enjoys talking with clients about how a home fits into their overall financial situation. He’s also passionate about investing in real estate and seeing clients achieve financial independence through real estate investing.

Brandon lives with his wife Leah and daughter Ayumi in north central Colorado Springs. In his free time, Brandon can be found hiking in Cheyenne Canyon, mountain biking at Ute Valley Park or playing golf at the 100+ year old Patty Jewett Golf Course.

Someday he would like to hike the entire Colorado trail, a 500 mile trail through the Rockies that starts in Denver and ends in Durango.​
